LIMITED WARRANTY 

Effective Date: This warranty applies to Wallenstein products retailed on or after January 1, 2015. 

Warranty Coverage: Wallenstein warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the following periods, commencing from the original date of purchase: 

  • Consumer Use: Five (5) Years 

  • Commercial/Rental Use: Two (2) Years 

  • CR Models: Three (3) Years or 2000 Operating Hours, whichever occurs first. 

This warranty is valid only when the product is operated and maintained strictly in accordance with the operating and maintenance instructions supplied with the unit. The warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or the product itself, at Wallenstein's discretion. 

Eligibility & Transferability: This warranty is extended exclusively to the original retail purchaser of the Wallenstein product and is non-transferable. 

Warranty Claim Procedure: 

  1. Authorized Repair: All warranty repairs must be performed by an authorized Wallenstein dealer. 

  1. Product Return: Products requiring warranty service must be returned to an authorized dealer at the customer’s expense. 

  1. Proof of Purchase: The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. 

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage: This warranty does not cover the following: 

  1. Normal maintenance services (e.g., oil changes, filter replacement, lubrication, minor adjustments). 

  1. Normal replacement of wearable and service parts (e.g., blades, belts, hoses, tires, spark plugs, filters, chains, points of contact subject to friction or wear), unless defective in material or workmanship. 

  1. Consequential damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, or loss of profits arising from product failure or use. 

  1. Damages resulting from: 

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, theft, or fire. 

  • Use of improper, incorrect, or insufficient fuel, fluids, or lubricants. 

  • Use of parts, attachments, or aftermarket accessories other than genuine Wallenstein parts. 

  • Modifications, alterations, tampering, or improper repairs performed by parties other than an authorized Wallenstein dealer. 

  • Any device, accessory, or component installed by parties other than an authorized Wallenstein dealer. 

  1. Engines: Engines supplied with Wallenstein products are covered exclusively by the engine manufacturer's separate warranty. 

  • The duration and terms of engine warranty are specified by the engine manufacturer. Please refer to your engine owner’s manual for full details. 

  • The owner is solely responsible for registering the engine directly with the appropriate engine manufacturer or distributor, as outlined in the Engine Owner’s Manual that accompanied your Wallenstein product. 

  • All engine warranty work must be performed by one of the engine manufacturer's approved servicing dealers.
